The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission serves as the independent national body dedicated to enhancing the quality and safety of NDIS services across Australia, ensuring disability inclusion for all. This Commission establishes the standards that all NDIS providers must adhere to, including: NDIS Code of Conduct, Worker Screening Requirements, incident management obligations, complaints handling processes, Quality and Safeguards Framework, and ongoing staff training and compliance.
